On July 16, 2024, the Board of Education adopted Resolution 2024-65 awarding a contract to AM Stephens Construction Co., Inc. in the total amount of $656,353.00 which included a district-controlled allowance. There was a deductive change order of $14,794.50. The final contract price is $641,558.50.
All work associated with this project has now been completed. This action will authorize the acceptance of the contract and filing of the NOC for the Ansel Adams Head Start Program Project No. 5870-6122. |
