On June 4th, 2024, the Board of Education adopted Resolution 2024-62 awarding a contract to Roofing Constructors dba Western Roofing Service, in the total amount of$798,930.00, which included a district controlled contingency. There was an approved amendment to the contract of $64,942.00 There was a deductive change order of $7,688.00. The final contract price is $791,242.00
All work associated with this project has now been completed. This action will authorize the acceptance of the contract and filing of the NOC for the J.A.E.S.C. Roofing Replacement Project 3213-4416-11. |
