Summary:
On June 4, 2024, Resolution 2024-59, the Board of Education of Lodi Unified School District authorized staff to advertise and receive bids for the work required for the Tokay AG Area Site Improvements Project No. 6388-6479-600-001. On November 12, 2024, five (5) bids were received. The lowest and best responsive bidder was BRCO Constructors, Inc. in the amount of $1,122,000.00, which includes a 20 percent district-controlled allowance. Approval of this resolution certifies the Award of Contract to BRCO Constructors, Inc. with a bid of $1,122,000.00 and additive alternates 1, 2, 3 and 4 with the total amount to be budgeted $1,467,000.00  
Funding:
This project will be funded with Career & Technical Education (CTE) Grant Funding.  
Recommendation
It is recommended the Board of Education adopt Resolution 2024-151.
