On September 3, 2024, Resolution 2024-90, the Board of Education of Lodi Unified School District authorized staff to advertise and receive bids for the work required for the Manlio Silva Elementary School Re-Roof – Project No.#0825-8425-295-3.
On November 21, 2024, eight (8) bids were received. The lowest and most responsive bidder was Diablo Roofing, Inc. in the amount of $230,631.50, which includes a 10 percent district-controlled contingency.
Approval of this resolution certifies the award of contract to Diablo Roofing, Inc. with the total amount to be budgeted $230,631.50. |
