On December 17, 2024, the Board of Education adopted Resolution 2024-144 awarding a contract to Diablo Roofing, Inc. in the total amount of $230,631.50, which included a owner-controlled contingency. There was a deductive change order in the amount of $20,966.50. The final contract price is $209,665.00.
All work associated with this project has now been completed. This action will authorize the acceptance of the contract and filing of the NOC for the Manlio Silva Elementary School Re-Roofing Project No. 0825-8425-295-3. |
