On September 17, 2024, Resolution 2024-104, the Board of Education of Lodi Unified School District authorized staff to advertise and receive bids for the work required for the Tokay High School Pool Renovation – Project No.#0825-8425-600-10.
On November 26, 2024, four (4) bids were received. The lowest and most responsive bidder was Rodan Builders, Inc. in the amount of $4,640,900.00, which includes a 10 percent district-controlled contingency.
Approval of this resolution certifies the Award of Contract to Rodan Builders, Inc. with a bid of $4,640,900.00 and add alternates 1 thru 11 with the total amount to be budgeted $5,910,900.00. |
