On November 7, 2023, the Board of Education adopted Resolution 2023-105 awarding a contract to Emcor Services of Mesa Energy Systems in the total amount of $1,608,314.40, which included a district-controlled contingency. There was a deductive change order for this project in the amount of $70,894.37. The final contract price is $1,537,420.03.
All work associated with this project has now been completed. This action will authorize the acceptance of the contract and filing of the NOC for the Parklane and Victor Elementary Schools HVAC Replacement Project 3213-4416-1. |
