Summary:
|
On February 20, 2018, Resolution 2018-08, the Board of Education of Lodi Unified School District authorized staff to advertise and receive bids for the work required for the Washington Elementary School Modernization Project No. 0938-8238-360-34.
On May 6, 2025, four (4) bids were received. The lowest and most responsive bidder was Diede Construction, Inc. in the amount of $4,648,800.00, which includes a 20 percent owner-controlled contingency and allowances.
Approval of this resolution certifies the Award of Contract to Diede Construction, Inc. with the total amount to be budgeted $4,648,800.00.
