On February 4, 2025, Resolution 2025-13, the Board of Education of Lodi Unified School District authorized staff to advertise and receive bids for the work required for the North Stockton (Kitchen) HVAC Unit Installation Project No. 7032-0000-895-32.
On April 9, 2025, three (3) bids were received. The lowest and most responsive bidder was Champion Industrial Contractors, Inc. in the amount of $147,921.40, which includes a 10 percent owner-controlled contingency.
Approval of this resolution certifies the Award of Contract to Champion Industrial Contractors, Inc. with the total amount to be budgeted $147,921.40
