Summary:

On October 17, 2023, the Board of Education adopted Resolution 2023-96 awarding a contract to Champion Industrial Contractors of Modesto, California in the total amount of $1,727,772.20, which included a district-controlled contingency. There was an amendment to the contract in the amount of $55,999.80. The final contract price is $1,783,772.00.
All work associated with this project has now been completed. This action will authorize the acceptance of the contract and filing of the NOC for the District Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC) Installation Project 3113-4416-1.
