On August 6, 2024 the Board of Education adopted Resolution 2024-80 awarding a contract to The Design Build Inc in the total amount of $273,664.00, which included a district controlled contingency. There was a deductive change order of $24,878.00. The final contract price is $248,786.00
All work associated with this project has now been completed. This action will authorize the acceptance of the contract and filing of the NOC for the Vinewood ES Playground Replacement Project No. 8150-5830-340-001
