Summary
:
Should the District experience a strain on cash, this resolution will allow temporary borrowing between any and all funds.
Funding
:
The amount borrowed must be repaid within the same fiscal year or following fiscal year if the temporary borrowing takes place within the final 120 days of the fiscal year.
Recommendation
