Summary:

On February 20, 2018, Resolution 2018-08, the Board of Education of Lodi Unified School District authorized staff to advertise and receive bids for the work required for the Vinewood Elementary School Modernization Phase III Project No. 0936-8236-340-17.
On October 24, 2024, three (3) bids were received. The lowest and best responsive bidder was American River Construction, Inc.
On November 19, 2024, Resolution 2024-130, the board of Education of Lodi Unified School District authorized staff to award the contract in the amount of $2,244,000.00, which included a 20 percent district-controlled allowance.
We are bringing this item back to you for your approval to include an additive alternate that was not originally included in the contract amount.
Approval of this resolution certifies the Revised Award of Contract to American River Construction, Inc with the total amount to be budgeted $2,397,600.00, which includes a 20 percent district-controlled allowance and additive alternate 1.
