Summary:

On August 6, 2024, the Board of Education adopted Resolution 2024-79 awarding a contract to Benton Fence & Drilling in the total amount of $186,230.00, which included a district controlled contingency. There was a deductive change order in the amount of $18,623.00. The final contract price is $167,607.00
All work associated with this project has now been completed. This action will authorize the acceptance of the contract and filing of the NOC for the Leroy Nichols Fencing Project No. 0825-260-1.
