On April 2, 2024, the Board of Education adopted Resolution 2024-36 awarding a contract to AM Stephens Construction Co., Inc. of Lodi, California in the total amount of $3,751,000.00, which included a district-controlled contingency. There was a deductive change order for this project in the amount of $156,505.00. The final contract price is $3,594,495.00.
All work associated with this project has now been completed. This action will authorize the acceptance of the contract and filing of the NOC for the Outdoor Learning Shelters (8 Sites) Project 3213-4416-10.
