Summary:

On December 12, 2023, the Board of Education adopted Resolution 2023-119 awarding a contract to AM Stephens Construction Co., Inc. in the total amount of $1,470,043.00, which included a district-controlled allowance. There was a deductive change order in the amount of $1,241.00. The final contract price is $1,468,799.00.
All work associated with this project has now been completed. This action will authorize the acceptance of the contract and filing of the NOC for the Victor Elementary Portable Buildings and Shelter Project No. 8150-5830-4.
